We do not process your bank data, which are collected and processed solely by our payment management service providers, Banque Populaire and PayPal.

- Personal Data related to user accounts for at least the duration of your account's use. Data is automatically deleted after three years of inactivity.

9 Who are the recipients of your Personal Data?

10 Is your Data transferred outside the European Union?
Your Personal Data is hosted on servers located within the European Union.
Therefore, the Personal Data processed by MIM TECH is not, in principle, transferred outside the European Union.

Respect for data security is a priority for MIM TECH, ensured by implementing technical measures to protect your Personal Data appropriately.
MIM TECH commits to using all necessary means to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the processed Personal Data, and to taking all appropriate technical and organizational measures to limit the risks of loss, distortion, deterioration, or misuse of such data, as well as the risks of unauthorized access to the Personal Data.
