Shipping and Returns
Shipment of your package
The Products ordered will be delivered to the delivery address provided by the Customer when placing the order (hereinafter the “Delivery”).Orders are prepared and dispatched once a week, on Thursdays, subject to Product availability. Any order confirmed after the preparation of Thursday’s shipments will be processed for dispatch on the following Thursday.Products are shipped by DPD within mainland France, Corsica, the French overseas territories, Switzerland and countries of the European Union.
Deliveries to Great Britain are handled by DPD UK. Transit times depend on the destination and the carrier and begin once the parcel has been handed over to the carrier.
Delivery charges are calculated according to the weight of the Products ordered and are borne exclusively by the Customer.If the Customer is unavailable at the delivery address, any redelivery, collection or parcel-holding arrangements will be subject to the procedures applied by the carrier.
If a parcel is returned to MIM & TECH due to the Customer’s absence, an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, or failure to collect the parcel within the period specified by the carrier, Customer Service will contact the Customer.
The parcel may be reshipped at the Customer’s request and expense.If the Customer does not respond within thirty (30) days, the Seller may cancel the order and issue a refund, less the initial Delivery charges and, where applicable, any return charges invoiced by the carrier.
Delivery Delay
The delivery times of the Products are given as an indication by the Seller.
In case of failure by the Seller to deliver the Products within the legal period of thirty (30) days from the order date, and unless the failure to deliver is due to a force majeure event, the Customer may cancel the order by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt or by written notice on another durable medium, if, after having requested the Seller to deliver the Products within an additional reasonable period in the same manner, the Seller has not fulfilled the delivery within this period.
The order is considered canceled upon receipt by the Seller of the letter or written notice informing them of this cancellation unless the Seller has fulfilled the order in the meantime.
When the order is canceled, the Seller must refund the Customer for all amounts paid, no later than fourteen (14) days following the date the order was canceled. Penalties will be applied in case of delayed refunds as follows:
- 10% if the refund is made within 30 days beyond this term;
- 20% up to 60 days;
- 50% beyond.
Return Policy
Once the Customer has communicated their intention to withdraw to the Seller, they have fourteen (14) days to return the Products to the Seller by postal means, in their entirety and original packaging, to the following address:

The Seller reserves the right to refuse the exercise of the right of withdrawal to any Customer who has returned a Product(s) whose value has been depreciated due to poor storage conditions or handling other than necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the Products.
Concerning the order of aerosols and paint, the Seller reserves the right to refuse returned products from the Customer showing signs of use.
Upon receipt of the Product(s) and after checking the condition of the returned Products, the Seller will refund the full price paid for the returned or exchanged Products and the shipping costs. The refund will be made using the payment method chosen by the Customer when placing the order on the Site.
